TBS Says It Sued Disney’s ABC Over Broadcaster’s `Wipeout’ Show
Tuesday, October 7th, 2008Tokyo Broadcasting System Inc. said it filed a lawsuit against Walt Disney Co.’s ABC on claims the U.S. broadcaster infringed copyrights of Japanese television shows. The Tokyo-based company filed the suit to the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, saying ABC’s television show “Wipeout” violated the copyright of three of its Japanese programs.

Oriental Land scraps plan for new Disney facility

ADRs On-line: Coming soon!
Tuesday, October 7th, 2008Our friends at Netcot.com are reporting that, “as early as mid-November of this year, you’ll be able to make ADRs (advanced dining reservactions) via an on-line website utility. An unnamed source close to The Walt Disney Company has confirmed that the system is currenlty in beta testing and will be launched this fall.”
