    Disney sues clown company over use of characters

    The Walt Disney Company has filed a million dollar lawsuit against a family-owned clown company, Kool Klown Party People in Claremont, for trademark infringement.  The couple bought Winnie-the-Pooh, Eyeore and Tigger costumes on eBay and advertised the characters on their company website, MySpace and Craig’s List.

    Disney and Rudin Developing Synchronicity

    Disney and Scott Rudin are developing Synchronicity, a comedy that pokes fun at the world of synchronized swimming, says The Hollywood Reporter. The project will center on male synchronized swimmers and follow in the steps — or strokes — of sports comedies from the likes of Will Ferrell and Ben Stiller.
